The future is fuckin terrifying, the idea of the unknown is something that haunts the thoughts of countless who meditate on the subject, myself included. But in the infinite number of paths and doors both our own and the other conscious vessels there’s a horror show of beauty, pain and knowledge waiting to be acquired.

No mystic we seek in the world can come to a conclusion, even with a glimpse through the eye hole, just suggest the best wisdom they have available. I love it. The future is a never ending learning process and it’s forever changing. Even when you feel you’ve come to know it, other factors are introduced and your spiral back to the terror that is square one.  All the knowledge you’ve gained from the past seems to evolve with every second your mind processes more information, so in a sense the future is humbling cause it reminds us about how little we actually know and how far we are willing to push ourselves to continue.

My future so far is nothing I thought it would be and I’m nowhere I thought I would. But the places I’ve been and experiences I’ve had have all been fucking amazing. But the steps i’m taking now have me pacing like a maniac thinking of where I’ll be headed next…

Meditate on whats happened, whats coming and what to do to get there. Don’t dwell on past mistakes, embrace the ones coming. Fuck the mystics that tell you your path is set and who you are, you are who you make yourself.

Our boy Charles from Quebec Canada came in a few days ago to add to his collection,  He had a very particular piece in mind one that would take three whole days to finish.  At first I did not think he would be able to the pain but I was once again proven wrong.  He sat there like a soldier and really made me believe that the mind is something that is yet to be understood.  He brought me a set of statues based on the 7 deadly sins.  It was one of a kind and very interesting piece to tattoo.  Here is the breakdown of the three days he had to endure.  They say that each one of us has at least three of this deadly sins that we need to deal with, if you ask me we need to not just battle all 7 of these demons, we need to learn to live with them our entire life.

It has been a hell of a ride this year we have traveled so much and visited so many places and at the end we always end up in London Town.  We have so man good friends there and every time were there its never disappointing.  This last trip was the best so far, Our Boy Dimitri took good care of us and by that I mean he really took care of us,  he always does and the best part of the trip  is all the beautiful memories we bring back not forgetting all our loyal friends and supporters who always join us for a good chat and of course to add to their collection of fine line tattoos.  Beautiful  Sunset after Sunset we keep pushing through,  days turn into nights and we still continue.  This trip I had a very special experience,  I had the pleasure to be a witness to our friend Andrew Henleys wedding.  I felt so special to be part of this amazing experience.  Prior to that I spent a whole day with him figuring out the next piece I would add to his tattoo collection.  After 8 hours of work the tattoo was finally finished the the sun came down as if fire was about to come on us.  Day after day work continue and so did the different experiences with all our friend and colleagues.  We thank you all for this and will continue to do so till the very end.

Its been 22 years of constant work and like they say “HARD WORK ALWAYS PAYS OFF’ Well its true our brand is growing beyond our expectations,  we invite you to continue viewing our blog and to write us about your experience,  from every body here at LOWRIDER TATTOO we thank you for making us the worlds favorite cup of coffee.
